This Highland malt is the fruit of a collaboration between Douglas Laing and La Maison du Whisky. Fond of the finest French cheeses, the little Timorous Beastie gave us the mission of finding the perfect match for this blended malt matured in oloroso sherry casks. After a tasting session, Brie de Meaux came out on top! The soft, creamy texture of this cheese balances perfectly with the spicy, intense aromas of Timorous Beastie Brie Edition.
