In strict compliance with the rules of the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, Trois Rivières Ambré (or Elevé sous bois) matures for 12 to 18 months under the watchful eye of the House cellar master, in top-quality French oak foudres. These few months in wood allow this delicate rum to acquire its superb, luminous golden color. The flavors developed are remarkable and particularly smooth, with notes of honey, caramel and brioche.
