Fully matured in Mizunara casks — a rarity in the market where most see only a finish — it develops, after long ageing, a deep and complex bouquet reminiscent of sandalwood, coconut, and smouldering incense.
Overseen by Shinji Fukuyo, Chief Blender and Master Blender of the Year (International Spirits Challenge 2024), it embodies the Yamazaki style, with Mizunara casks as a unifying foundation.
