YUNTAKU is the world’s first amaro to fuse Japanese culture with Italian amaro tradition. Inspired by Okinawa’s culinary and medicinal heritage and crafted in Italy, it offers a contemporary vision of the digestif. Its recipe combines Japanese goya (bitter melon) with jasmine tea, sansho pepper, ginger, and sour cherry, balanced by Okinawan kokutō sugar. The result is a 25% ABV amaro with an aromatic profile and a distinctive bitterness. YUNTAKU can be enjoyed chilled as a digestif or in light cocktails, and was designed to pair naturally with Japanese, Asian, and contemporary cuisine.
