Katori is a 100% organic, purely artisanal sake from Terada Honke, founded in the 17th century and a pioneer in the natural yeast sake movement. Different varieties of rice, koshi-hikari and akita-komachi, are used in the composition of Katori 90, for which only 10% of the rice grains are polished to extract all their richness and aromatic complexity. A sake with character, to be served chilled with rich, powerful dishes.
