Aged for at least five years in the continental cellars of the Chevanceaux Distillery, the Pointe Blanche Single Malt Single Cask stands out thanks to its finishing in a PX Medium cask from the renowned Ximénez-Spinola house in Jerez, adding the depth and complexity of fine Sherry wines.
Made from carefully selected French malted barley, brewed on-site, it undergoes a traditional double distillation in a copper pot still.
Initially filled into refill casks in July 2020, it was transferred in May 2023 into a superb PX Medium cask (cask n°6138) specially chosen by our Whisky Maker.
