    This Pineau des Charentes Blanc (AOC) is the result of an exacting selection of freshly harvested grape musts from 2003, “mutated” with young cognac. Aged in ex-cognac casks (oak barrels) since 2003, and bottled in June 2024, this Très Vieux Pineau Blanc is the fruit of meticulous attention to detail during ageing. Age : 20 years AOC : Pineau des Charentes Blanc Grape variety: Ugni Blanc Aging: Oak barrels This vintage Très Vieux Pineau Blanc is characterized by its freshness (white fruits), sweetness (figs, grapes, acacia honey, vanilla wood) and notes of Charentais rancio and old cognac. It can be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, in cocktails or as part of a gastronomic pairing.
