Triple distilled, its new-make spirit is poured-off at an impressive 85%. After the addition of some much-needed water, it is matured in a wide variety of casks. Bushmills invests heavily in a meticulously-chosen supply of barrels from the United States, France, Andalusia, Portugal, Sicily and the Caribbean.
